Enrolius Free supports one organization group with manual administration, within the plan's one program and three learner places.
Create the organization record
Use the legal or operational name your provider recognizes. Add only the membership information needed for the program. Decide who inside your team is allowed to change membership.
Define the group purpose
A group may represent an employer cohort, association chapter, client or internal department. Keep the definition stable. Do not reuse the same group name for unrelated customers merely to fit a spreadsheet habit.
Add learners deliberately
Confirm the learner identity and authorization before adding a membership. A purchaser, organization administrator and learner may be different people. On Free, the provider handles this process manually.
Separate three concepts
- Membership: the learner belongs to the organization.
- Access: the learner may enter the program.
- Credential: the provider has issued a claim after criteria were met.
Removing membership should not silently erase credential history. Buying or assigning access should not count as certification.
Record changes
When a learner leaves or is replaced, record the operational reason and preserve the relevant history. Decide whether learning access ends immediately and whether an already issued credential remains valid under the provider's policy.
Report responsibly
Basic export can support a group review. Minimize personal data, define the reporting period and explain the difference between invited, active, completed and credentialed learners.
Understand the boundary
The initial Free product does not promise self-service bulk-seat purchasing, unlimited organizations, automated seat reassignment or delegated enterprise administration. Those are different capabilities from one manually managed group.
Use the group as a pilot
Test invitation, learning, evidence, credential issuance, verification and removal with the three available learner places. Document support questions. That evidence will clarify which advanced organization features are actually required.
