Enrolius Free is a permanent plan for one program and up to three learner places. It requires no credit card and does not expire like a trial.
Start with the outcome
Write one sentence that completes: “A person who earns this credential has…” Then define the evidence that supports the statement. Keep the first program narrow enough to test.
Choose the correct credential type:
- Certificate of completion for completion of defined learning
- Professional certification for a provider-assessed professional claim
- Continuing-education record for documented participation, hours or credit
- Digital badge for a shareable achievement with stated criteria
The label should match what the provider actually verifies.
Choose the learning route
Enrolius onboarding offers three routes.
Enrolius Learning
Create text, PDF or embedded lessons and quizzes. Track progress in the learner portal. SCORM 1.2 delivery is available in beta.
No course
Use this when the program is based on external evidence, experience, assessment conducted elsewhere or a manual decision.
Existing LMS
This route is a preview for providers that plan to retain another learning system. It is not a promise that every production connector is already available.
Build the public program page
Explain the audience, expected outcome, prerequisites, learning or evidence requirement, credential type, issuer and expiry. Avoid vague claims such as “industry recognized” unless a named authority actually supports them.
A good page lets the learner decide whether the program fits before enrollment.
Add the first learners
Use three places deliberately:
- A normal learner who follows the expected route
- A learner with an evidence or support exception
- A learner used to test expiry, verification and export
This provides a more useful product evaluation than three identical test accounts.
Issue and verify carefully
Confirm identity, completion or evidence, program version and credential type before issuance. Open the public verification result and check that it states the provider's claim accurately without exposing unnecessary personal data.
Set an expiry policy
If the credential expires, define the period and the action required for renewal. Enrolius initially supports one renewal reminder. The reminder should direct the learner to a clear next step.
Know the Free-plan boundary
Free includes one program, three learner places and one manually managed organization group. Advanced bulk-seat commerce, every external LMS/accounting connector and SCORM 2004 are not part of the initial scope.
